How to measure:
Height - measure from floor level to the top of the head
Chest - measure the chest at the fullest part, with arms raised
Waist - measure around the narrowest part of the waist
Collar - measure around the child's neck, where the shirt collar would normally sit
Inside leg - Stand with feet hip-width apart, measure from the highest point of the crotch down to the base of the ankle bone
